Making deals that are fair for everyone.

We do allot of work for shops as b2b service we had a situation that I feel it worthy to write about. MR.TMMY he is an upstanding citizen and well we had a run in the other day were I feel I was treated less then fairly. But it was due to insufficient clarity on my part in making better deals. I wish to take responsibility for everything. however id like my reasoning to be understood because he didnt just hire me for one service he hired me for 3 all at once a shop with multiple cars. and they paid check and part cash nothing out of the ordinary but his shop made a mistake blamed it on me then bounced 2 checks before he calls me asking me for a warranty on a service when peoples checks start to bounce it is an indicator. Luckily this loss can be remedied by allot of council from smarter people then me. that guided me though the process to not let a bully win. I felt a need to confront my bully but it only reached more levels of unreasonableness and lued behavior. In such letting go and pursuing fully my continued goals of perpetuals growth and prosperity. til next time. -Abe
